I received my notereader/scopist certification in 1991.  Since then, I have made scoping my career.  I truly enjoy my job, and I believe that is reflected in the transcripts I produce and the personal attention I give to my reporter clients.

     In addition to my scopist training, I attended three years of court reporting school here in California.  I believe that training helps me to better understand the demanding nature of official and deposition reporting. 

     While studying court reporting school, I realized that I truly enjoy the transcript production part of the process and more than the machine writing itself.  With that realization, I returned my attention to my full-time scoping career. 

     At the present time, I scope in Advantage's Total Eclipse, Stenograph's Case CATalyst 4 and ProCAT's Winner xp, Version 9.
